I was going to use Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix since it already comes with the spices and then add in some seasoned chicken, sausage, celery, onions, and maybe shrimp. Any other tips out there for making this better?

Popeye's Chicken & Biscuits, founded in New Orleans by Al Copeland, has a unique mustard that is both spicy and sweet. Use it on chicken fingers and other fried foods for a nice change of pace.
