2 Tbs. tomato paste
1 tsp sugar
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 ½ cups onions, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup oil
½ tsp cornstarch
½ cup green onions, chopped
½ cup parsley, chopped
2 cups water
4 cups cooked long grain rice
