I am gonna be using my slow cooker the next few days. Husband and I are opposite shifts so I want him to be able to eat something fresh when he wakes up.. so I am in search of ideas for using my slow cooker for chicken and pork tenderloin and maybe ground beef.
How would a variety of peppers do like red green yellow orange? We really love cooked peppers how well would that go over in a slow cooker?
Ideas anyone ????

We're still having some wild weather here in New Orleans. It goes from freezing to shorts weather from day to day. For those cold days, here's a crockpot recipe for gumbo to keep you warm. Gumbo is perfect for crockpot cooking because the longer it cooks, the more the flavors develop.
