This is kind of funny. I am a member of the Moose Lodge #2367 in Indian Harbour Beach, FL. Each year we have a Soups, Stews, & Chowders cook off. For two years I have submitted the Dixie Crossroads Shrimp Soup. My soup is always eaten up. I think it is funny because I have not won, yet both times the winners still had leftovers in their pots. I am making it again for this weekend. It's a great recipe and obviosly enjoyed by others.
Yummy … this looks tasty. I hope it's healthy too.
