Layered Cold Crab Dip Appetizer Recipe

This is a quick crab dip appetizer recipe that has a little kick to it!

Ingredients:
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 lb. crab meat (can use fresh or imitation crab)
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley

Instructions:
Mix cheese, onion, Worcestershire and lemon juice together. Spread in a serving dish. Spread chili sauce over top. Spread crab over chili sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.

This sounds like a really good recipe. I love crab, but I don't have any crab recipes. Would it work ok if I used low fat cream cheese?

Thanks for visiting- I've been keeping up with your blog and like what I read!

I think you could use low fat cream cheese. Just don't get to vigourous in blending and mixing the ingredients as the low fat cream cheeses tend to lose their consistency and turn into soup if you overmix.
