try adding a splash of white wine and the juice of a fresh lemon while cooking and if you like it spicy add a pinch of crushed red chilies

White wine, pancetta, pine nuts, lemon, olive oil, garlic, fresh parsley, hot pepper flakes, mushrooms, green onions.
