bananas foster

Lulu asked:

I want to make something similar to banana's foster, just simpler. How do you cook the bananas so that they aren't mushy?

Hnash has the recipe correct, but I will tell you what I do to help prevent mushy banana's. I stick mine in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes before I peel and use them. Hope this tip helps you.
